To qualify for the Child Care USA insurance program, the following must be true about your child care center:
•	Your center is a permanently licensed child care facility that is not operated from your home.
•	You are in compliance with all of your state licensing requirements.
•	You have had a state inspection within the last two years. (A copy of the report will be required)
•	You do not offer overnight care
•	"Drop-in" care is less than ten percent of your operations.
•	If you transport children, all of your drivers are between the ages of 23 and 69 years old.
•	Your center is located within the United States of America.
